What is the Earshot Jazz Gold Pass?
The Gold Pass grants entry to all events in a calendar year presented by Earshot Jazz. It’s the best way to experience everything Earshot has to offer while saving money!
Where can I purchase my Gold Pass?
Gold Passes are available for purchase here.
How much does a Gold Pass cost?
- Special introductory Offer available till April 7: $585 (includes ticket fees)
- After April 7: $685 (includes ticket fees)
- Earshot Jazz Member Gold Pass: $600 (no ticket fees for current members)
How much money can I save by purchasing a Gold Pass?
The more you use it the more you save! The price is based on estimated 40-60% savings off of the average single ticket price.
How many concerts are included with the Gold Pass?
The Gold Pass grants access to an estimated 35 concerts throughout the year, including spring concerts, the Earshot Jazz Festival, and the Concert of Duke Ellington’s Sacred Music.
Is premium seating available with my Gold Pass?
Premium seating, when offered, is not available with the Gold Pass. Gold Pass is valid for general seating sections.
When will I receive my Gold Pass after purchasing?
There is no physical pass. Instead, you will receive a confirmation email from the system that will include a link to create your Earshot Jazz login and password.
How do I get an Earshot Jazz login and password?
After you purchase a Gold Pass, a link to create your login will be sent in your order confirmation email.
Can I use my existing Earshot Jazz login and password?
Yes. If you already have a login, please continue to use that same login. This includes Earshot Jazz member logins.
How do I use my Gold Pass to secure a ticket for a show?
To redeem your free Gold Pass ticket you login to the Earshot Jazz secure ticketing site pick your show(s) and select 1 ticket from the Gold Pass Ticket option.
Step by step instructions:
- Go to the ticketing site.
- Select Login from the header menu and enter your username and password.
- Select Events from the header menu.
- Click the More Information button for the concert you want to attend.
- Click the Buy
- Find the Gold Pass ticket option on the list of ticket options and enter quantity of 1. The 100% discount will be applied during CHECKOUT after you click the Next
- CHECKOUT DELIVERY SCREEN. Review your order and delivery method. Click the Next
- CHECKOUT DONATION SCREEN. On this screen you can make a tax-deductible donation to Earshot Jazz. Click the Next
- CHECKOUT DISCOUNT SCREEN. Your Gold Pass discount has already been applied. But if you have other tickets that qualify for a Discount Code you can enter that there. Click the Next
- CHECKOUT CONTACT SCREEN. Confirm or update your information and click the Next
- CHECKOUT PAYMENT SCREEN.
- If there are no other tickets in your order, click the Submit button and you are done.
- If you purchased additional tickets, click the Enter Payment button and enter your payment method the click the Complete Payment
- Your order is complete. An order confirmation with a PDF of your free ticket will be emailed to you.
How many tickets do I get for free?
Your Gold Pass entitles you to one free ticket for each concert available.
Can I purchase more tickets?
Yes. You can purchase more tickets for the concert at the same time you request your free ticket.
What if the concert is SOLD-OUT?
A Gold Pass does not guarantee a ticket. All tickets are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis. A sold-out show is a sold-out show. Secure your ticket at your earliest convenience.
Can I transfer my Gold Pass ticket to someone else?
No. Gold Pass tickets are non-transferable.
What happens if I can’t attend a concert for which I’ve reserved a ticket?
Please send an email to tickets@earshot.org so we can return it and make it available to someone else.
How long will the Gold Pass be available for purchase?
While supplies last. Availability is limited and will distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t wait—secure yours before they sell out!
How do I become an Earshot Jazz member?
Memberships are available for purchase here. Sign up today! Before you can purchase the Gold Pass at the member price, you must become a member and have your membership benefits activated.
