GBL coming in with two contemporary music legends whose combined list of collaborators span a mind boggling list of the biggest names in jazz, pop, and rock. Oceanic depths of soulfulness will be reached, spanning funk, americana, gospel, and more, all with the unmatched musicality of this prolific duo. Those of you who witnessed our last collaboration with Ted Poor know the transcendent type of night you’re in for, and it will be all the more enhanced by the impeccable sonic experience provided at the Recreational Psychoacoustics Lab. This will be a BYOB show (but ya know, be cool).

We continue to be humbled by the caliber of artists that are gracing our stages, and Larry Goldings is no exception. A Grammy nominated pianist, organist, and composer, his organ trio with Peter Bernstein and Bill Stewart has been recognized in the New York Times as “the best organ trio of the last decade.” He effortlessly moves between jazz and pop, having had extended collaborations with John Scofield, Steve Gadd, Jack DeJohnete, Pat Metheny, Michael Brecker, Sia, John Mayer, and many more. Go check out his Wikipedia if you want to scroll through the pages and pages of credits through jazz, pop, and Hollywood scores, it’s a truly astonishing body of work.

There will be two separately ticketed sets, with limited seating. This is an all ages show!

This venue is in a residential area, so please be considerate of noise if congregating outside. Entrance will be around the back, and will be indicated by signs.
